Returns and Exchanges
Krystal Vision wants to make your shopping experience convenient, fun, and most important free of any risk. If you don’t love your prescription eyewear, no worries, we’ll do everything in our control to help you out.

Returns and Exchanges on Prescription Eyewear
While we want you to be completely happy and in love with your eyewear we understand this may not always be the case. If for any reason you are unhappy with your new glasses please reach out to one of our Opticians within 30 days of receiving your order and we will help resolve your issues.

If it's a problem with your prescription we have the tools necessary to troubleshoot any issues you may have and see if we can resolve them to help you see as best as possible.

If you have an issue with the frame size or fit we are happy to exchange these within 30 days. You may also choose to add any upgrades within these 30 days, you will just owe the difference.

If we can't get to the bottom of any issues you may have, and you would like to return your glasses for a refund, we have a hassle free return policy. Just reach out to get the process started. You are responsible for the return shipping but will receive a full refund when we receive the glasses.
