Standard Shipping and Handling
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 7 additional business days for shipments to US Territories. We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

Shipping Carriers
We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Krystal Vision typically uses USPS for all orders that select free shipping.

Shipping Time
Krystal Vision makes life easier by offering free shipping on all of our prescription eyewear orders within the United States. All of our prescription lenses are custom made to order. This process takes time due to attention to detail and custom processing for each individual order. While processing times may vary by lab and time of year, we typically have the finished glasses ready to ship five-ten days from when the order was placed. When your order arrives, your package does not require a signature upon delivery.

Change or update your order
If you need to make changes to your order, you can call or email one of our Opticians. Order changes must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order if the order has not already been shipped. Contact a Krystal Vision Optician at 1-435-752-5796 or krystalvision99@gmail.com and we will assist you with your changes.

Returns and Exchanges
Krystal Vision wants to make your shopping experience convenient and risk free. If you don’t love your prescription eyewear, no worries, we’ll do everything in our control to amend the situation.

Returns and Exchanges on Prescription Eyewear
Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. If you don't like the size, style or fit of your new glasses please reach out to one of our Optician's either by email Krystalvision99@gmail.com or phone 1-435-752-5796. If you feel like there is a problem with the prescription or vision out of your new prescription eyewear please contact us and we will walk through what could be causing the issues and fix this at no charge.

International Orders
At this time Krystal Vision only processes prescription eyewear orders for the US we will be adding an international option in the near future.
